Hello again everyone its me Tamachan and this time I will be talking about a series called M.A.R (Meruheaven) which was created by the same creators of Flame of Recca. This series starts off with the young boy named Ginta who loves to dream of fighting monsters and saving damsels in distress. One day he is at school and a sudden blackout causes a strange ghost looking image appear and lead Ginta to a strange door which he willingly jumps in despite some of his classmates telling him not to. He appears in a land called Meru Heaven which is like the land that he has always dreamed of. He then meets a pair of talking rocks who fill him in on what this new world is. He also meets a girl named Dorothy who seems very nice and powerful but he is almost warned by the rocks that she is actually a witch but he ignores that and joins along with her as she goes off to find a rare item. In this world there are weapons called ARMS which take the form of many items, such as rings, necklaces or other trinkets. Ginta helps Dorothy to find and retrieve a very rare ARMS named Babo which is guarded by a strong guardian. Ultimately Ginta retrieves the ARM but ironically it can talk and it doesn’t like him or Dorothy. After a few events a group called the Chess Group begins attacking all over the world because one of their greatest leaders had been revived. Then Ginta joins with some other people trying to stop the Chess Group and save Meruheaven while he tries to master his ARMS and live up to the expectations of the others. He then enters the War-Game which are games of teams that fight to see who will win the future of Meruheaven...

What can I say? This anime has all the characters you'll love(or hate). Reminiscient of Azumanga Daioh, as another point of view of high school life, until you realize, NO ONE HERE IS NORMAL! An Esper, a Time Traveller, and an Alien are all here just because some bored girl "wished for them to be here", and this "normal" high school guy "suggests" it. Why is my existance have to be tied to what this abnormal Haruhi wants! I don't want the world to END!!!! Oh wait, it's just a t.v. show...
