What a life! Your grandfather decides for you, that you are to carry on his Judo legacy and begins training you for the Olympics in Barcelona. However, if you are like most young girls, you are more interested in boys and not really wanting to carry on your insane grandfathers legacy. Old school animation, but it is the story that will keep you laughing and smiling throught the series...

A long time ago, the people of the lost continent of Mu, left a robot to defend earth when the devils returned to take over the earth. Now, young Akira Hibiki is called to pilot Raideen to save the earth from Prince Shakin and his fossil monsters. Raideen was not your average "giant robot" as it was quite intelligent on it's own by picking it's own pilot! Akira, along with his soccer friends begin to learn the true power of Raideen. In the meantime, his grand father heads up a defense fortress in the shape of a "shell". The whole family, and their friends have a very important stake in all of this, as Akira's father, was turned to stone and captured by the Prince and his cronies, trying to find out the secrets of the lost continent of Mu...
